Building block structure, can adapt to different varieties, different process

Highly liquid feeding system enables the fabric to absorb up to 120% liquid, so that the chemical is fully and evenly permeated into the fabric.

The special steam box structure makes the saturated steam easy to penetrate the core, so as to maintain the temperature and humidity of the fabric and reach the uniform requirements of scouring and bleaching. And it is not easy to generate wrinkles and horizontal mark.

The guide roller on the steam box is adjusted by inverter transmission device which can reduce wrinkling due to the tension changing as to meet the needs of high density elastic fabric requirements.
