I. usage

This ager is applicable for the steaming and colorfixation process for the knitting and machine knitting textiles of cotton, silk, and chemical fiber which are printed, especially for the digital printing and small batch design drawing;

Three, characteristics

Cloth feeding and outlet frame: it is manufacture by Q235A steel sheet folded edges, includingcloth feeding tube,cloth tensioning device, cloth guiding roller, and transmission device, etc. Single cloth feeding;

Box: it is made of SUS304 stainless steel, and the inlet, outlet and top cover are equipped with anti dripping device;

Circulation device: composed of circulation fan, fan blade, air shell guide plate, radiator, etc., which can ensure the temperature uniformity in the steamer;

Cloth hanging roller: it is made of stainless steel by special processing. The cloth hanging roller can rotate automatically;

Cloth outlet control device: it is composed of cloth detecting rod, bracket base, and proximity switch to ensure evenness of cloth in steam box.

Automatic wetting devioe: consists of pump, nozzle, piping, etc, to ensure the humidity required inside the steam box.
